Dr. Leonard 'Lenny' Lomax is the Founder & CEO of Ultimaxx Health, an early stage “natural” pharmaceutical company founded in 2009, developing innovative consumer healthcare products that will help improve their general health and well-being.
Dr. Lomax is a Physician & Orthopaedic Surgeon. As a physician, he became tired of watching patients suffer as a result of the adverse side effects of many pharmaceutical products; side effects often so severe in some cases they not only led to addiction but in many, death. This didn't settle well with his core beliefs. His passion for solving this problem, specifically prescription “painkiller” addiction, prompted him to develop his first safe and effective, “natural,” non-narcotic OTC pain remedy, LEVARE® (pronounced: la-var-ay), for which he received a prestigious patent in 2012. Patients and consumers can now have a much-needed alternative to prescription narcotics; one that is non-habit forming, versus those comprised of synthetic compounds that may cause addiction and other harmful adverse
MAJ. Germaine B. Hawkins D.O. serves as an Executive Vice President. Dr. Hawkins is well suited to serve in this capacity as he has served tours in Kosovo and Schweinfurt, Germany in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom as a reintegration and combat stress psychiatrist. Dr. Hawkins has invaluable years of clinical experience treating both civilian and military populations battling co-occurring chronic pain and PTSD. He is also an opioid addiction medicine specialist.
Dr. Hawkins heads up our organization’s Arlington, Texas research and development branch, which focuses on studying and developing novel treatments for chronic pain, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), mood disorders, and Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI). Dr. Hawkins is also focused on developing novel treatments for neurotransmitter deficiencies, often associated with such disorders in servicemen and women, as well as in the civilian population.
Dr. Hawkins has developed and is currently clinically testing a new natural OTC brain optimization supplement, called Advyndra.

Ms. Sharif is the Owner and Chief Brand Marketing & Public Relations Officer for Hallema’s World, Inc. where she expertly communicates brand messages to national audiences. Ms. Sharif maintains extensive connections with key opinion leaders on national levels and creates media magic globally. She’s developed and executed campaigns for Elavon/U.S. Bank, Accenture, AstraZeneca, McDonald’s, the National D-day Museum, the Thurgood Marshall College Fund, the American Lung Association’s National Headquarters, and many others. Ms. Sharif has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications from Xavier University of Louisiana, as well as worked on her MBA in Marketing from the University of Phoenix. Ms. Sharif will serve as our Senior Advisor for Media and Communications and help to oversee the development and execution of our overall strategic communications, marketing, and brand programs globally. Adam E. Shestack, M.D. is Founder and Medical Director of Florida Pain Management Institute in Delray Beach. Dr. Shestack offers innovative medical solutions and a comprehensive approach to pain management. Dr. Shestack attended the University of Wisconsin where he received his Bachelor of Business Administration. He then went on to complete his premedical training in the Postbaccalaureate program at Columbia University. Dr. Shestack received his Doctorate of Medicine from Ross University School of Medicine, where he graduated with high honors. He completed his internship at Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Jacobi Medical Center, followed by a residency in Anesthesiology at New York Presbyterian-Weill Cornell Medical Center. He then completed a fellowship in Interventional Pain Medicine in the Tri-Institutional Pain Medicine fellowship at New York Presbyterian-Weill Cornell Medical Center, Hospital for Special Surgery and Memorial-Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. Dr. Shestack is dual board certified in Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine.

Dr. Obi Ugwonali, M.D is our Clinical Research and Product Development Advisor for Orthopedics and Pain Management. He is a graduate Stanford University in Palo Alto, CA where he double majored in biology and economics. He received his medical degree from Yale School of Medicine in New Haven, CT and is an alumnus of the Columbia University Orthopedic Surgery Residency Program.
Dr. Ugwonali is currently the Chairman of Orthopedic Surgery at Northside Hospital and Medical Director of Peachtree Orthopedic Surgery in Atlanta, Georgia. Dr. Ugwonali has an extensive clinical and research background, having performed a clinical and research fellowship at the prestigious Harvard School of Medicine. He also did a clinical research fellowship year during his residency at the prestigious Columbia University Orthopedic Surgery department. Dr. Ugwonali has published several peer-reviewed manuscripts and has several local and national presentations and book chapters.
Dr. Douoguih is a graduate of Washington and Lee University in Lexington, VA where he was an All-American lacrosse player. He received his medical degree from the Medical College of Virginia in Richmond and is an alumnus of the Union Memorial Orthopedic Surgery Residency Program.
Dr. Douoguih is board-certified in orthopedic surgery and completed a sports fellowship at the prestigious Kerlan-Jobe Orthopedic Clinic in Los Angeles. Dr. Douoguih has served as an assistant team physician for the Washington Redskins, Los Angeles Lakers, Los Angeles Dodgers, Los Angeles Kings, Anaheim Angels, and Anaheim Mighty Ducks as well as for the teams of Loyola Marymount University.
Dr. Douoguih currently serves as the Medical Director and Head Team Physician for the Washington Wizards (NBA) and as Medical Director for the Washington Capitals (NHL) and is former Medical Director for the Washington Nationals. Dr. Douoguih serves as a Team Physician for the United States Judo Team, is an Associate Team Physician for the University of Maryland athletics (NCAA), and a consultant for the Baltimore Ravens (NFL). He also serves as Medical Director of MedStar Sports Medicine, Washington Region.

Dr. Abd-Elsayed is currently the Medical Director of Pain Services at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Dr. Abd-Elsayed has an extensive clinical and research background, having performed a clinical research fellowship at the prestigious Cleveland Clinic, after which he joined the University of Cincinnati where he completed his residency training in Anesthesiology and then more focused training in Chronic Pain Medicine, prior to his moving to the University of Wisconsin to serve in his current academic role.
Dr. Abd-Elsayed has published dozens of peer-reviewed manuscripts and has several presentations and book chapters. He also serves as a reviewer and editorial board member on several peer-reviewed journals. Dr. Abd-Elsayed treats and manages patients dealing with both acute and chronic pain on a daily basis, and is aware of the challenges we face as a society because of prescription narcotics’ overuse. He is passionate about trying to educate patients and his peers about the hazards of prescription narcotics and the need for safe, effective alternatives.

Tosin Omotayo, CPA is the founder and Managing Member of Omotayo CPA LLC, https://www.omotayocpa.com/ a leading minority owned accounting and consulting firm in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Tosin has extensive experience in accounting and consulting services. Over the years he has worked with business’s of varying sizes to provide comprehensive accounting services, tax preparation services, payroll services, and assurance services including financial audits, reviews, and compilations. His belief is that CPAs should not have just a transactional relationship with those they serve but should be a trusted advisor that operates at the heart of their personal, family and business environment.
Tosin’s leadership and personal interests extend to his church, mentoring, and other not for profit activities. He has mentored many high school and college students in practical knowledge about small to mid-sized business accounting and other relevant financial issues. Tosin received his BBA in Accounting from The University of Texas at Arlington and received his MBA in MIS from Dallas Baptist University. He is also licensed as a Certified Fraud Examiner and Chartered Global Management Accountant. JJ is our Senior Advisor for Business Development and Strategic Partnerships. JJ is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point where upon graduation he was commissioned and served honorably as an officer in the US Army. He has been a member of the board of directors of the Washington Youth Academy Foundation, since 2014, which is committed to serving at-risk youth in the community. He believes in service to community, not only to youth but also to those who are struggling with pain and addiction which suites him well in his role with Ultimaxx Health. JJ is also the co-founder and partner of Durant & Ziobro, LLC providing physical rehabilitation and consulting services with the purpose of reducing workers' compensation costs for employers. JJ has also served as a sales representative in the pharmaceutical and medical device industries, for almost 20 years.

Glenn Mattes is an experienced leader in the pharmaceutical/health care industry. He has held global leadership roles with Rhône Poulenc Rorer (Sanofi Aventis), Centocor and Johnson & Johnson. In leading organizations, he has led teams in the successful launch of blockbuster brands. Seven of those products achieving peak sales in excess of $3billion. In addition to this experience, Glenn has been successful in helping start-up companies raise funds, implement well thought out business strategies, manage life cycles, and create value-creating exit opportunities. He is currently a member of a number of Board of Directors and also serves in the role of Executive Director. Lou, with over 30 years in the pharmaceutical industry has acquired significant experience in many disciplines from sales and marketing to clinical and finance. Most recently Lou attained the level of President and CEO for Savient Pharmaceutical, a publicly traded company. Prior to his role at Savient, he was on the Board of Directors at Centocor-Ortho Biotech a Johnson and Johnson Company and served as Vice President, Sales and Marketing of Oncology and Nephrology. Over the years he has obtained a great deal of experience in many different disease state categories such as Analgesics, Rheumatology, Oncology, Anti-Infectives, Nephrology, Urology, and Cardiology. The diversity of experience has prepared him to handle any situation in business that may arise. Lou has experienced and overcome many significant challenges, but has never lost sight of what this industry stands for; to help improve the quality of life of consumers. Lou has made a difference within the industry and will continue to make a difference in the lives of consumers, patients, their families, and caregivers.
The very talented and inspirational Sean ‘Dakota’ Anderson, also known for his role as “Muggs” in the HBO hit series “The Wire,” is a native of Philadelphia, PA, and a graduate of Temple University Fox School of Business. Dakota also completed his undergraduate studies at Temple University, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration & Marketing, while minoring in exercise science and kinesiology. While at Temple University, ‘Dakota’ was a member of the Temple University football team, playing the positions of running back and fullback; after which he pursued a career as a Professional Football player, in the Canadian and National Football Leagues.
‘Dakota’ has always had a passion for education, fitness and helping others. After retiring from Professional football, he redirected his energy and focus, and decided to teach physical education and health to elementary, middle and high school students; which he did for seven years, while also working part-time as an Athletic Strength and Conditioning Trainer, working with both professional and amateur athletes. ‘Dakota’ is a partner at American Sports Kidz, a company focused on sports development and promoting a healthy active lifestyle for today’s youth.
